I recall earlier in the year I wanted to be a bit more agressive from plain causal investing. Which was why I started with selling PUTS for $苹果 (AAPL.US)$ 和 $特斯拉 (TSLA.US)$ . The idea is with my new place still being constructed and expected costs. ![]()
Why not setup a trade strategy towards supporting part of the renovation costs.
Thus I picked a strike price with contract expiring in Dec 2024. Took the premium and reinvested into cash plus to gain the additional interest. (Gaining positive interest on selling PUTS premium)
As I’ve long wanted to build a 5m2 Loft. I did a bit research and realised on average it costs 1万 to 2万. ![]()
