海峡贸易以4.7%的价格发行到2029年到期的1.3亿新加坡元债券

$海峡贸易 . (S20.SG)$ 周四（1月18日）表示将发行 1.3亿新加坡元于2029年到期 4.7%.

这些债券将于1月24日以面值发行 1月24日, fall under the investment company’s 50000万新加坡元 multicurrency debt issuance programme established in 2011 and updated in 2017.

Net proceeds from the issuance will be used for general corporate purposes, including financing existing borrowings, working capital and capital expenditure requirements, the company said.

$星展集团控股 (D05.SG)$ 和 $大华银行 (U11.SG)$ have been appointed joint lead managers and bookrunners for the bond offering.
