Seatrium (SGX:5E2) repurchased 1,104,000 in the open market on Tuesday for SG$1.9 million or SG$1.7412 apiece, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on the same day.
The company has been mandated to buy back 68.2 million shares. To date it has bought back 2.2 million shares.
Meaning the price won't go up until 68.2m shares are bought back.
