In US, EV market almost saturated. Too many players to share the pie. US goverment policy sometimes hurts Chinese stocks. In my opinion, it is a smart move to list it in SGX. We in SG unbiased to any countries. The price of Nio stock also within the affordable range.

Of course  top investors did their analysis when choosing a stock. Their predictions mostly accurate unless something unexpected happened.  Choosing stock from their portfolio should  be a safe bet in long run. Usually, the stocks are stable and quite pricey. But, if we diligently looking for opportunities by screening the stocks, we can spot a growing stock at their lowest price too

News could be true or wrong. Could be intended or not. The outcome will varies because everyone interpret and respond differently. For example, the news about Microsoft buying Activision stakes…. a huge jump during pre-market;but, when market opened the price dived. Long investor expecting bullish run. Shortist saw opportunities opening. In general, I think news will HINT the price movement direction;but, investors still need to monitor the actual market sentiment instead of as...

MooMoo is the best platform I tried so far. User friendly and comprehensive. But, there is room for improvements.
1) I wish there is Task Centre on desktop platform. When age catching up, looking at small screen like mobile or tablet is a chore.
2) I wish we can sort the watchlist according to other parameters such as Price Change (in $), Pre-market Price Change (in $ and %), Volume, etc.
3) I wish that we can have more details of the parameters when we hover pointer ...

Firstly, it’s a better way to keep our money than depositing in the bank. Secondly, the risk of losing our capital is low if we buy at the bottom price and we do see growth in the company. Thirdly, it will be just nice to reap the profit when we are ready to retire comfortably. Lastly, if there is dividends; it will be our short term on going income as well

Didn’t sell when the price goes up and profitable or didn’t buy when the price already low. Market will swing suddenly and we are not the lucky ones to get the best price

Since it’s a short term exit, news is important because it will affect market drive to buy or to sell. Secondly, the statistics and chart indicators will guide the possible price movements. Lastly, fast platform and live quotes will help to react by adjusting our bids or asks. Just my humble opinions as a beginner
