I'll choose Unity because of its 3D engine. Beside the 3D gaming solution (a lot well-known amazing 3D games are using their 3D engine), Unity also provided many products and solutions like using 3D engine in automotive (is really cool), engineering & construction...etc. I believe Unity can achieve the next higher achievement in future especially digital twins, metaverse or AI related products/solutions.
