Hi guys pls help!! my last day return countdown (D-0) is on 22Feb. Today is 4Mar and i have still not yet received my 6.8% promo cash coupon reward. It has been more than 7 working/business days. Anyone encountering the same issue?
Attached screenshot taken on 22Feb to show that i suscribed to the right fund with sufficient funds as there is a tick on the left of the deposit tier as well as a countdown clock.
