Cut loss actually needs courage for new traders as it can be depressing at times. After I cut loss I will go sleep haha so that I will not think about it.

I will spend 5 hours per week for 52 weeks to do online learning for options trading in 2022. my goal is to be able to do 1 suitable options strategy in each month for 12 months, starting January 2022. I will track and monitor my trades for self improvement. I need to take action, set my goal, let it roll! let's go! huat ah!

long term investment generally outperform the market in the long run when compared to investors trying to time the market and get the best bargain. it also lowers the risk too.
