More than 9 million shares today and range expansion on the daily along with an analyst call to buy as a catalyst.  In addition, yesterday they completed the first car and on track for November production and delivery. Institutions have also been accumulating over the past quarters.  This is going up and should start trading in the $10 to $12 range until Halloween before taking off when first orders come out in mid September.
