GalPacino : pharm/biopharm stocks are highly volatile right now, I typically only suggest holding them for a couple days max. There are also some really great opportunities for those willing hold for the long LONG haul . Which I again wouldnt recommend to most - high risk, high reward & requires balls of steel to hold through the likely possibility of seeing many stretches of red days

GalPacino : to be fair though, everyone's trading strategy is different & obviously if 2 people hold the same stock for different lengths of time  they will probably have 2 very different outcomes.
A stock makes $2 jump for the morning then crashes and doesnt recover probably doesnt look like a real winner, but a couple dollars can bring in thousands from the right contract

GalPacino 70065450 : big disagree. lots of amazing opportunities for LONG haul currently and even more to present themselves in the coming months. And by long haul I mean multiple years, you're right about the market being too volatile to test your luck holding a swing too long
