"They say an apple a day keeps the doctor away." Funny but its true. Eversince I switched to apple, my iwatch & iphone made me more self conscious about my health. It will give me a constant reminder regarding my sleeping time, my steps, time to stand, time to reflect & breathe. It also helped me monitor my heartrate & my cycle. It really helps peomote a healthy lifestyle.
