do you think the quiz is helpful for trading newbies?

I'm introduced to this apps by an independent finance advisor, since then I have been slowly adapting to the platform. It seems too crowded for me with the social feeds, games, news feeds etc. Hopefully I don't get lost in this digital trading jungle.
