Microsoft has closed its acquisition of video game publisher Activision Blizzard, according to an 8K filed by Activision on Friday. It was the biggest deal in Microsoft's 48-year history after the company quelled concerns about competition from European regulators and gained a favorable ruling from a U.S. district judge.
