$Tesla (TSLA.US)$ shares tumbled 9% Thursday morning after the company warned that volume growth in 2024 "may be notably lower" than in 2023 as its team work on the launch of next-generation vehicle at its gigafactory in Texas.
The electric vehicle maker also reported fourth quarter adjusted earnings per share of 71 cents a share, below the average estimate of 73 cents forecast by analysts surveyed by Bloomberg. Even revenue missed, coming at $25.17 billion, compared with consensus of $25.87 billion.
