宏伟(00201.HK)同意以14.2亿美元收购海湾大桥Lifestyle Retreat Hotel
MAGNIFICENT (00201.HK) announced that it has entered into the Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire all of the issued shares of Ocean Time Investments Limited, for a consideration of $1.42 billion (subject to adjustments). The maximum consideration after adjustment would not exceed $1.44 billion.
Ocean Time Investments is the sole legal and beneficial owner of a Property situated at No.123 Castle Peak Road, Ting Kau, Tsuen Wan, Territories, Hong Kong with a hotel operating at the Property commonly known as "The Bay Bridge Lifestyle Retreat", the announcement added.
宏伟(00201.HK)宣布，已订立买卖协议，收购海洋时代投资有限公司全部已发行股份，代价为14.2亿美元(可予调整)。调整后的最高对价不超过14.4亿美元。
公告补充称，海洋时代投资公司是位于香港新界荃湾汀九青山公路123号的物业的唯一合法及实益拥有人，而酒店则于俗称“The Bay Bridge Lifestyle Retreat”的物业经营。
