The SC shall assist the Board with oversight of the Group's sustainability strategy and environmental, social and governance ("ESG") matters. The establishment of a Board-level committee dedicated to sustainability and ESG matters underscores he Company's commitment to accelerate its sustainability journey and consider ESG matters in all aspects of its operations and business strategy.
