Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - June 17, 2022) - Pancontinental Resources Corporation (TSXV: PUC) (OTCQB: PUCCF) ("Pancon" or the "Company") entered into an unsecured loan agreement dated April 12, 2022 (the "Agreement") between the Company and David Petroff, a director of the Company (the "Lender"). Pursuant to the Agreement, the Lender granted the Company a loan in the amount of $100,000, bearing interest at $1,000 per month. The full amount of the loan, including the applicable interest, has since been repaid to the Lender.
