DJ Stocks to Watch: Cadence Design Systems, Crane, SS&C Technologies

Here are some of the companies with shares expected to trade actively in Tuesday's session. Check back closer to the market open for an updated list.
Cadence Design Systems Inc.: The software company turned in third-quarter earnings above Wall Street expectations.
Crane Co.: The industrial giant, which beat estimates in the most recent quarter, raised its outlook for the year.
SS&C Technologies Inc.: The financial-services software provider posted preliminary results for the September quarter above forecasts and expects revenue of $990 million to $992 million, about a 137% gain compared with a year ago. The company is due to report earnings Oct. 31.
