BEDFORD, NS / ACCESSWIRE / June 27, 2023 / (TSXV:SSE) Silver Spruce Resources Inc. (the "Company") announced today the first closing of its private placement consisting of the issuance of 6,000,000 units at a price of $0.025 per unit for proceeds of $150,000 with each unit consisting of one flow-through common share and a warrant to purchase an additional common share at an exercise price of $0.05 per share on or before June 26, 2025.

The securities issued pursuant to the private placement will have a hold period expiring October 27, 2023.

The proceeds from the flow-through private placement will be used for exploration of the Company's mineral properties in Newfoundland.
