("Osisko") relating to an exploration earn-in and joint venture agreement on its Urban-Barry property and adjoining Duke and Lac Barry properties, the parties have extended the outside date to enter into a definitive agreement from October 31, 2023 to November 17, 2023, or such other date as the parties may agree.
