Sedania to Acquire 51% Stake in Tanamera for RM8m
Tanamera specialiSes in natural body care products, and this strategic alliance is aimed at capturing a larger share of household spending and expanding Sedania's role in sustainable healthcare.Sedania Innovator Bhd has proposed to acquire a 51% stake in Tanamera Group Sdn Bhd (TGSB), a premium personal care products and food supplements producer, for RM8.18 million in cash.
Sedania Innovator Bhd提议以818万令吉的现金收购优质个人护理产品和食品补充剂生产商Tanamera集团私人有限公司（TGSB）51％的股份。
The acquisition involves a conditional shares sale agreement to acquire 4.35 million shares in TGSB and a conditional subscription agreement to subscribe for an additional 3.4 million shares, making TGSB a 51%-owned subsidiary of Sedania.
此次收购涉及一项收购TGSB435万股股份的有条件股票销售协议，以及一项额外认购340万股股份的有条件认购协议，使TGSB成为Sedania持股51％的子公司。
The deal is expected to be completed by the first quarter of the next year.
