In light of Mr. Fisher's appointment, Rodney Stevens has resigned as the Interim Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Corporate Secretary of the Company but remains a director of the Company. The Company also announces that Andrew Hancharyk has resigned as a director of the Company due to other commitments. Mr. Fisher has previously held CEO, director and advisory roles for private and public corporations. He holds a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Victoria. Mr. Fisher's appointment is subject to TSXV approval.
