Pop Mart International Group Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

Pop Mart

Over the last year, we can see that the biggest insider purchase was by COO, President of China Business & Executive Director De Si for HK$10.0m worth of shares, at about HK$18.83 per share. We do like to see buying, but this purchase was made at well below the current price of HK$23.75. Because it occurred at a lower valuation, it doesn't tell us much about whether insiders might find today's price attractive.

De Si purchased 895.20k shares over the year. The average price per share was HK$17.83. You can see the insider transactions (by companies and individuals) over the last year depicted in the chart below. Insider Ownership

I like to look at how many shares insiders own in a company, to help inform my view of how aligned they are with insiders. We usually like to see fairly high levels of insider ownership. Pop Mart International Group insiders own about HK$13b worth of shares (which is 43% of the company). I like to see this level of insider ownership, because it increases the chances that management are thinking about the best interests of shareholders.
