The yoga routine was priced at $19.99 a month, but it also required the most amount of time: roughly 20 hours a month to burn an additional 6000 calories.

The high intensity workout programs require roughly 8 hours a month to burn an additional 6000 calories. Prices for classes vary by region and instructor, but on average, it's about $20 per class or $160 for the month.
