PJBumi Bhd's external auditor, Messrs Chengco PLT, has voluntarily resigned, effective in 21 days from February 5, citing a disagreement over audit fees.
PJBumi Bhd的外部审计师Messrs Chengco PLT以审计费用分歧为由自愿辞职，自2月5日起的21天内生效。
The resignation is attributed to the inability of PJBumi and Chengco to reach a consensus on the proposed increase in audit fees for the financial statements ending December 31, 2023.
辞职的原因是PJBumi和Chengco无法就截至2023年12月31日的财务报表增加审计费的提议达成共识。
PJBumi clarified that there are no other matters requiring attention from its shareholders.
PJBumi澄清说，没有其他需要股东注意的事项。
