Kumpulan Kitacon Bhd's subsidiary, Kitacon Sdn Bhd, has secured a contract worth RM80.98 million from Sime Darby Property City (City of Elmina) Sdn Bhd.
Kumpulan Kitacon Bhd的子公司Kitacon Sdn Bhd已从森达比地产城（埃尔米纳市）私人有限公司获得了一份价值8,098万令吉的合同。
The contract involves constructing residential units and a Tenaga Nasional substation in Shah Alam's Section U15.
该合同涉及在莎阿南的U15区建造住宅单元和Tenaga Nasional变电站。
Starting on April 22, 2024, the project is expected to be completed within 18 months and is projected to positively impact Kitacon's earnings and net assets per share from 2024 onwards.
