The amendment concerns the text of the fourth resolution relating of the authorisation of the Board of Directors to trade in the shares of the Company. In paragraph 3, it should read "decides that the maximum unit purchase price will not exceed €18 per share, excluding charges" instead of "decides that the maximum unit purchase price will not exceed €16 per share, excluding charges".
