At the meeting, by overwhelming majorities all the Company's nominees were elected, and the shareholders ratified the selection of BDO USA, P.C. as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2024. In addition, the shareholders overwhelmingly supported the board-sponsored proposals to approve, on an advisory basis, the compensation of the Company's named executive officers and the adoption of the 2024 Omnibus Incentive Plan.
