Buenos Aires, May 28, 2024. Pampa Energía S.A. ('Pampa' or the 'Company'; NYSE: PAM; ByMA: PAMP) announces that on May 27, 2024, Pampa executed the agreement under Res. SE No. 58/24 and No. 66/24 framework. In consequence, Pampa will receive within the next ten days its receivables corresponding to December 2023 and January 2024 transactions in US$-denominated sovereign bonds issued by the Republic of Argentina, step up and maturing in 2038 (AE38). The February 2024 transaction will be collected with the funds available in CAMMESA's authorized bank accounts.

Regarding the receivables with CAMMESA, the loss due to the acceptance of the payment method implies a further impairment of US$5.8 million for Pampa, on top of the US$34.6 million loss recorded in the financial statements for the three-month period ended on March 31, 2024. This additional loss does not include accrued interests between April 1, 2024, and the date of acceptance of the proposal, which amounts to US$18.1 million and is not recognized, making the total loss of US$58.5 million.
