Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - Le 25 juin/June 2024) - Inspiration Energy Corp. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one (1) post-consolidated common share for every five (5) pre-consolidated common shares.
Inspiration Energy Corp.宣布其已发行及流通普通股进行合并，每5股合并为1股。
As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 9,622,729 common shares.

The name and symbol will not change.

En conséquence, les actions en circulation de la société seront réduites à environ 9 622 729 actions ordinaires.
