Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - le 25 juin/June 2024 ) - Grown Rogue International Inc. (the "Company") has announced a reorganization of the Company's share capital (the "Share Reorganization") as approved by the shareholders of the Company at its annual and special meeting held on June 24, 2024.

Pursuant to the Share Reorganization, the Company intends to amend its articles to redesignate its existing class of common shares without par value in the capital of the Company (the "Common Shares") as Subordinate Voting Shares ("SV Shares"), create an unlimited number of a new class of unlisted Multiple Voting Shares ("MV Shares") and attach special rights and restrictions to each of the MV Shares and SV Shares. The proposed rights and restrictions of the SV Shares and the MV Shares are substantially set out in Schedule "A" to the management information circular dated May 14, 2024 in respect of the Meeting.

Grown Rogue International Inc. (la « Société ») a annoncé une réorganisation du capital social de la Société (la « réorganisation des actions ») telle qu'approuvée par les actionnaires de la Société lors de son assemblée annuelle et extraordinaire tenue le 24 juin 2024.
Grown Rogue International Inc.(“公司”)宣布了公司股份的再组织(“reorganisation des actions”)，即在2024年6月24日的股东年度和特别会议上获得批准。
Conformément à la Réorganisation des actions, la Société a l'intention de modifier ses statuts pour redésigner sa catégorie actuelle d'actions ordinaires sans valeur nominale dans le capital de la Société (les « Actions ordinaires ») en actions à droit de vote subalterne (« Actions SV »), créer un nombre illimité d'une nouvelle catégorie d'actions à droit de vote multiple non cotées (« Actions MV ») et associer des droits et restrictions spéciaux à chacune des actions MV et des actions SV. Les droits et restrictions proposés des actions SV et des actions MV sont essentiellement énoncés à l'annexe « A » de la circulaire d'information de la direction datée du 14 mai 2024 relative à l'assemblée.
