Investors should note that institutions actually own more than half the company, so they can collectively wield significant power. Nabors Industries is not owned by hedge funds. Our data shows that BlackRock, Inc. is the largest shareholder with 16% of shares outstanding. In comparison, the second and third largest shareholders hold about 8.6% and 5.2% of the stock. Additionally, the company's CEO Anthony Petrello directly holds 3.9% of the total shares outstanding.
