What Happened: After the market close on Thursday, Ocean Power Technologies said it signed an Original Equipment Manufacturer agreement with Teledyne Marine, a division of Teledyne Technologies Inc (NYSE:TDY) to enhance Ocean Power's product offerings and drive innovation within the industry.
