(CSE: CSS) ("Cascada") is pleased to announce that the Company has engaged Research Capital Corporation ("RCC") as a financial advisor to provide general capital markets services, including strategic corporate planning, market intelligence, and general advisory services, for a term of 6 months.

In consideration of its engagement, Cascada has agreed to issue to RCC 6,000,000 common shares, subject to the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange. The common shares issued to RCC will be subject to a statutory restriction period of four months and one day.
