Siab Awarded Property Project In Penang Worth RM176 Million
Siab Holdings wholly-owned subsidiary, Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd had announced that it had accepted a LOA from Exsim Noordin Sdn Bhd, for the proposed main building and infrastructure works in Penang in a deal worh RM176million.
Siab Holdings旗下的全资子公司Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd宣布，已经接受了Exsim Noordin Sdn Bhd的一个LOA，涉及槟城主楼和基础设施工程，交易价值1.76亿马币。
The work includes alteration and addition for seven units of existing 2-storey heritage buildings, conversion of upper level of two units of existing 2-storey heritage buildings and construction of a 29-storey serviced apartment building comprising four units shop and 603 units of serviced apartments in George Town Penang.
该工程包括对七个现有的2层传统建筑进行改建和扩建，将两个现有的2层传统建筑的上层改造成29层高的酒店公寓，并在乔治市槟城建造一个包括4个商铺和603个酒店公寓的29层服务公寓大楼。
The duration of the Project is 30 months from the date for possession of site of the Project on 1 August 2024.
该项目的持续时间为30个月，从2024年8月1日获得项目场地之日起计算。
