MISC has stated that there is 'no development within any opprtunity for disclosure' over news report that the shipping giant will be taking a stake in Bumi Armada.

The news that was out few days back speculates on the possibility of MISC undertaking a corporate transaction involving Bumi Armada Berhad. MISC further added that currently there is no development that necessitate disclosure as per the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
