Yuwang Emerges As Substantial Shareholder In Nextgreen Global
Nextgreen Global Berhad announce that Yuwang Plantation Sdn Bhd has emerged as a substantial shareholder with the acquisition of 55 million shares, equivalent to a 5.4% stake.
Nextgreen全球宣布，裕旺种植场私人有限公司通过收购5500万股股份，相当于5.4%的股份而成为重要股东。
Established in 2002, Yuwang Plantation, a subsidiary of Yuwang Group, specialises in cultivation of oil palm estates and processing of fresh fruit bunches into crude palm oil and palm kernel. It manages approximately 65,000 acres oil palm estates, 20,000 acres of rubber estates and operates 8 palm oil mills.
于旺种植园成立于2002年，是于旺集团的子公司，专注于种植油棕园和将鲜果穗加工成粗棕榈油和棕榈仁。它管理着约65,000英亩的油棕园和20,000英亩的橡胶园，并经营着8个棕榈油厂。
