(NYSE:NYCB) (the "Company") announced today that, as previously disclosed and approved by its shareholders at the Company's annual meeting held on June 5th and as determined by the Company's Board of Directors on June 26th, the one-for-three reverse stock split became effective at 5:01 p.m. ET on July 11, 2024 ("the Effective Time"). The Company's common stock will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") on a reverse split-adjusted basis as of the market open today, July 12, 2024. The trading symbol of the common stock, NYCB, remains the same. The new CUSIP number for the common stock is 649445400.
