Ewein Name Change Effective 19 July
Ewein name change to Skygate Solutions Berhad will take effect from 9 am Friday 19 July as such the company's shares will be traded and quoted under the new name.
艾文更名为SkyGate Solutions Berhad的变更将于7月19日星期五上午9点生效，公司股票也将在新名称下进行交易和报价。
The stock short name will be changed accordingly from Ewein to Skygate howevee the stock code remains unchanged.
短名将相应更改为SkyGate，但股票代码保持不变。
The company said the proposed name "Skygate Solutions Berhad" was approved by the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the reservation for the use of has now been extended to 27 July 2024. However, it noted the proposed change of name is subject to the approval of the company's shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
该公司表示，所提议的名称“Skygate Solutions Berhad”已获得马来西亚公司委员会批准，并且使用该名称的保留已延长至2024年7月27日。但是，它指出，名称变更提议需经公司股东在即将召开的年度股东大会上批准。
