ILB Group Acquires Solar Businesses For RM98 Million
ILB Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary had entered into two share sale agreement to purchase stake in Armani Sinar and Armani Energy for combined total of RM98 million.
ILb集团宣布，其全资子公司已签订两份股份出售协议，以总价9800万马来西亚令吉购买阿玛尼辛纳和阿玛尼能源的股份。
The details of the agreement involves the proposed acquisition of 1,000,000 ordinary shares in Armani Sinar Sdn Bhd representing 100% equity interest for RM30 million and with Armani Energy Sdn Bhd for the proposed acquisition of the solar photovoltaic energy generatin system of AESB for RM68 million.
协议的细节包括拟议中以3千万令吉收购阿玛尼西那尔私人有限公司的1,000,000股普通股，代表100%的股权利益，并与阿玛尼能源私人有限公司就AESb光伏发电系统的拟议收购达成协议，价格为6千8百万令吉。
The group said the acquisition in order to grow effectively in the rapid evolving and competitive renewable energy industry, it aims to strengthen synergies, and scale up its solar businesses in order to generate higher sustainable earnings for the goup and its subsidiaries.
该集团表示，此次收购旨在在快速发展和竞争激烈的可再生能源行业中有效增长，旨在加强协同效应，扩大其太阳能业务以实现更高的可持续收益，为该集团及其子公司创造更好的业绩。
