TCS Receives RM130 Million LOA For Apartment Project
TCS Group Holdings announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary had accepted a Letter of Award from Saujana Permai Development Sdn Bhd for the development 630 units of service apartments with 31 floors in Kuala Langat Selangor.
TCS集团控股宣布，其全资子公司已接受Saujana Permai Development Sdn Bhd的中标信，用于在雪兰莪州瓜拉冷岳开发630套31层服务公寓。
The LOA will require the group to build the main building, complete external works for apartment blocks known as Arcadia Apartments. The total project value is estimated at RM130 million and is expected to be completed within 36 months.
该中标将要求该集团建造主要建筑，并完成称为Arcadia Apartments的公寓楼的外部工程。总项目价值预计为RM13000万，预计在36个月内完成。
The group believes acceptance of the LOA will enhance its current orderbook and improve its earnings moving forward.
