Censof Holdings Berhad (Censof), a prominent player in financial management software, has announced a strategic partnership with Storecove, a leading e-invoicing solutions provider based in The Netherlands. This collaboration, facilitated through Censof's wholly-owned subsidiary Century Software (M) Sdn Bhd, is set to bolster Century Software's capabilities as Malaysia's top provider of government resource planning and financial software. The partnership will also enhance the e-invoicing functionalities of another Censof subsidiary, Netsense Business Solutions Sdn Bhd.

In its search for an e-invoicing service provider, Censof opted for Storecove due to its adaptable solutions and extensive expertise. This decision is supported by Storecove's successful collaborations with Censof's subsidiaries, including Asian Business Software Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore and Asian Business Software Solutions Sdn Bhd, as well as CS-Cloud, a system integrator within the Censof Group. Both companies are optimistic that this new partnership will be advantageous and could lead to further joint ventures.

The collaboration will integrate Storecove's Peppol-ready e-invoicing technology into Censof's solutions, ensuring compliance with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia's (IRB) regulations. The enhanced e-invoicing system will facilitate seamless connectivity and reporting through automated APIs, aiding businesses in sending and receiving e-invoices while adhering to regulatory standards.

As part of Malaysia's Digital Economy Corporation's national digitalisation agenda, Censof is promoting the adoption of its CSInvoicer platform among statutory bodies to modernise the invoicing process for government agencies. By employing this advanced solution and Peppol middleware, Censof aims to improve the efficiency of accounts payable operations in the public sector.
