Awantec Signs SA With Sabah Net For RM9.9 Million Google License Deal
In consideration of Awantec providing the service Sabah.net will be paying Awantec the sum of Ringgit Malaysia: Nine Million RM9,968,640.00. Awantec Behad via its subsidiary had entered into a Service Agreement with Sabah Net Sdn. Bhd.for the subscription of Google Workspace Enterprise Starter License.
Awantec Behad通过其子公司与Sabah Net Sdn.Bhd.签订了服务协议，订阅Google Workspace Enterprise Starter许可证。
Based on the deal Awantec is to provide 10,384 Google Licences annualy to SNSB for a period of five years commencing on 1 August 2024 and expiring on 31 July 2029.
根据协议，Awantec将为SNSb每年提供10,384个Google许可证，期限为从2024年8月1日开始到2029年7月31日结束。
