Kumpulan Kitacon Awarded RM113.2 Million Construction Work By SDP
Kumpulan Kitacon Berhad has accepted a Letter of Award from Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn. Bhd. for Main Building Works for a total contract sum of RM111.23 million.
Kumpulan Kitacon Berhad已接受Sime Darby Property（Bukit Raja）Sdn. Bhd.的中标通知，总承包金额为11123万令吉。
The job entals Kitacon to develop and build 27 units of detached factories with 2-storey office (167' x 261', Type A1), 1 unit of detached factory with 2-storey office (193' x 261', Type A2) and 2 units of TNB Substations including infrastructure and other associated works in Bandar Bukit Raja III.
该工作任务要求Kitacon开发并建造27个分离的工厂，其中包括2层办公室（167'x261'，A1型）的1个分离式工厂，2层办公室（193'x261'，A2型）的1个分离式工厂，以及2个TNb变电站，包括基础设施和其他相关工作，位于Bandar Bukit Raja III。
The contract will commence on 2 September 2024 and is to be completed within 23 months from the commencement date.
该合同将于2024年9月2日开始，应在合同开始日期起23个月内完成。
The group believes the contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure. The Contract, however, is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 31 December 2024 onwards until the expiry of the Contract.
集团认为本合同不会对股本和股权结构产生任何影响。然而，预计该合同将对2024年12月31日及以后的财务年度的收益和每股净资产产生积极影响，直到合同期满为止。
