Buenos Aires, August 26, 2024. Pampa Energía S.A. ('Pampa' or the 'Company'; NYSE: PAM; ByMA: PAMP) announces that today Pampa's Board of Directors approved the launch of a tender offer to purchase (the 'Offer to Purchase') the Series 1 Notes maturing on January 27, 2027, issued on January 24, 2017, with a face value of US$750 million (the '2027 Notes').

The offer will expire on September 5, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. Buenos Aires time, 8:00 a.m. New York time, unless extended or terminated earlier at sole discretion of Pampa.
