Binastra Awarded RM235 Million Condo Project In Sentral Damansara

Bhd. involving the construction and completion of earthworks, piling, pile caps, main building works, and infrastructure works for a proposed development in Sentral Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
Binastra Corporation Berhad宣布已接受来自Mightyprop Sdn. Bhd.价值2,3550万马来西亚令吉的中标信，涉及了在Petaling Jaya的Sentral Damansara地区以施工和完成土木工程、灌注桩、桩帽、主楼工程和基础设施工程为主的一项拟议开发项目。
The project is expected to be completed within 40 months from the commencement date, which will be notified in due course.
预计该项目将在开始日期之后的40个月内完成，具体日期将会在适当的时候通知。
The proposed development will feature a 39-storey serviced apartment building with 662 units, complemented by a "Sky Garden" park on the rooftop, a 4-level podium parking and an 11KV substation, amongst others.
