Solar District Cooling Group ( $SDCG (0321.MY)$ ACE Market Industrial Stock) has seen its Initial Public Offering (IPO) oversubscribed by 144.08 times and is set to be listed on the ACE Market on September 19.

LEVEL OF SUBSCRIPTION OF PUBLIC BALLOTING AND PLACEMENT

(i) Malaysian Public Balloting

A total of 31,678 applications for 3,074,469,300 Shares with a value of RM1.17 billion were received from the Malaysian Public for the 21,192,000 Shares made available for application by the Malaysian Public, which represents an overall oversubscription rate of 144.08 times.

For the Bumiputera portion, a total of 15,307 applications for 1,356,970,100 Shares were received, which represents an oversubscription rate of 127.06 times.

For the public portion, a total of 16,371 applications for 1,717,499,200 Shares were received, which represents an oversubscription rate of 161.09 times.

(ii) Eligible Persons

The 21,192,000 Shares made available for application by the eligible Directors and employees, as well as persons who have contributed to the success of SDCG Group, have been fully subscribed.

(iii) Private Placement to selected investors

The 76,286,000 Shares made available by way of private placement to selected investors have been fully placed out.
