Tran brings over 35 years of experience in public accounting, auditing, and advising on accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
He serves on several boards as chair of audit or audit and risk committees, including for three Singapore-listed companies, and is a partner at WLT Assurance LLP.
Previously, Tran was a partner at KPMG, where he gained extensive experience in IPOs, restructuring, due diligence, and mergers and acquisitions.
