This ESG Report covers the period from January 1 to December 31, 2023, showcasing our dedication to embedding transparency, sustainability, and responsible business practices across all facets of our operations, including governance, environmental stewardship, and community engagement. Highlights of the ESG Report:

1. Cut our carbon footprint by 48% to 2,064 tonnes, led by a reduction in use of natural gas achieved through the BC Hydro site upgrade in late 2022.
2. Increased our landfill waste diversion to 66% through recycling, repurposing waste as biofuel and a focus on composting.
3. With an active focus on employee satisfaction, and respectful workplace culture, voluntary turnover reduced by 14% year over year.
