Kumpulan Kitacon Awarded RM64 Million Construction Work By S P Setia
The group believes the contract does not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of Kitacon Berhad. Kumpulan Kitacon Berhad announces that its wholly owned subsidiary company, Kitacon Sdn. Bhd. has accepted a Letter of Award from S P Setia Eco-Projects Management Sdn. Bhd. for Main Building Works for a total contract sum of RM64.05 million.
Kumpulan Kitacon Berhad宣布，其全资子公司Kitacon有限公司已接受了S P Setia Eco-Projects Management有限公司的授奖函，用于总承包金额为RM6405万的主楼施工。
The proposed construction and completion involves 130 units of double storey semi-detached house (Arundina), 110 units Type A (32' x 75'), 10 units Type B (32' x 75'), 10 units Type C (38' x 70') and 1 unit of TNB substation at Setia Alam, Seksyen U13.

The contract is to commence in November 2024 and is to be completed within Twenty Seven months from the commencement date.
