Kerjaya Prospek对永大和首席执行官Dato Boo提起诉讼
In reference to an earlier writ of summon against Apple 99 a subsidiary of Yong Tai Berhad, Kerjaya Prospek informed that it had filed a suit againt the group Yong Tai and its CEO Dato Boo Kuang Loon.
关于早前针对苹果99的子公司永泰集团股份有限公司的传票，职业前景通知称已对永太集团及其首席执行官黄光伦提起诉讼。
The suit is based on YTB being the corporate guarantee for the project and Datuk Boo Kuang Loon on his personal guarantee for the outstanding Residual Contract Sum, being due and payable to KP by Apple 99.
该诉讼是基于YTb作为该项目的企业担保以及Datuk Boo Kuang Loon作为对于应付给KP的苹果99的未清尾款担保的个人担保。
The Apple 99 Guarantees Suit were served upon YTB and Datuk Boo Kuang Loon on 10 October 2024.
